Our Guarantee & Warranty

If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, we will happily offer you an exchange or a refund on the product purchase price within the first ninety days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to manufacturer defects.

To return a product to us you must be able to provide a copy of the original purchase invoice. All products must be returned to us undamaged and in good working order.

• All products must be returned with all accessories, cables and books.
• Products must be returned undamaged and in good working order and a with a copy of your purchase invoice.
• As per our care instructions, the Sleep Systems must NOT have been damaged from washing with detergents containing bleach, whiteners, or oxidisers which reduce or kill the product’s conductivity and effectiveness.
• Shipping costs to return the product to us are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is faulty. 
• We will refund the price of the product that is being returned and will not refund the original shipping cost.
• We will issue your credit refund or exchange after the product has been received and inspected by Earthing New Zealand. 

Warranty

We offer a 1 year repair or replace warranty on our genuine Earthing products, which covers manufacturing defects but excludes misuse, improper care and physical damage. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s Earthing effectiveness. Earthing products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions. Care information is available on our website.

Faulty Items

Goods that are deemed faulty on opening must be reported to our office within 7 days of receiving them. We ask that you initally cover the cost of return postage to us, and once we have inspected the item we will reimburse you.
